How much does a custom web application cost?

Most projects fall between $5,000 and $20,000+. A simple internal tool or booking system costs $5,000–$8,000. Customer portals and SaaS MVPs cost $8,000–$20,000. Marketplaces and multi-role platforms start at $20,000. You get a fixed quote after a free discovery call and mockup.

How long does it take to build a web application?

An MVP takes 6–10 weeks and a full product 3–5 months. You see a clickable mockup within the first 1–2 weeks.

Do I own the code and intellectual property?

Yes. Full ownership of the source code and IP transfers to you on final payment.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes. We sign an NDA before the discovery call, on request.

How do we communicate across time zones?

Our working hours overlap 3–4 hours daily with the US East Coast and fully with the UK and Europe. You get a weekly demo call, daily updates on Slack or WhatsApp, and a shared project board.

Do you work fixed price or hourly?

Both. We work fixed price, milestone-based, for a defined scope. Ongoing work runs as a monthly dedicated team, and small changes are billed hourly.

What happens after launch?

Every project includes 90 days of free maintenance and 1 year of free hosting. After that, choose ongoing support or take the project in-house.

Can you take over an existing codebase?

Yes. We start with a code review, then fix, extend or modernise the application.
