Users can create trips, send package requests, manage deliveries, and track shipment progress directly from the mobile application.

Senders can search for available trips, submit delivery requests, communicate with travelers through in-app chat, and receive real-time notifications throughout the shipping journey. Travelers (GPs) can publish trips with pricing, route, and capacity details while managing requests and package deliveries efficiently.

Yonnimaa also includes automated invoice generation, PDF shipping labels, QR-based package identification, and secure escrow payments using multiple payment gateways. The platform ensures trust and transparency by holding funds until delivery confirmation is completed.

To support operational management, a dedicated admin panel provides tools for KYC verification, transaction monitoring, dispute resolution, moderation, and overall platform control.
