On the Customer side, users can view a list of available vouchers and gifts, earn credits in their accounts, and use them to download vouchers or claim gifts. To redeem a voucher, customers must be at the merchant’s location, where the QR code is scanned through the merchant’s app. Customers can also view their transaction history, receive updates on development news, promotions, and events, and earn vouchers or credit points by checking in at events. The app also provides a contact support feature for customer assistance.
On the Merchant side, merchants can view all their transactions and export detailed reports. They can also add staff members to manage the app, and staff will be able to see all the vouchers available, along with their total redemptions. Like customers, merchants also have access to contact support for any help or inquiries they may have. The app thus offers a comprehensive solution for both merchants and customers, combining loyalty rewards, transaction management, and customer support features.
