KaffeeFunk is a neighborhood-based volunteer coffee-sharing platform designed for playground communities, where hobby baristas prepare and share free coffee with nearby parents in a friendly, community-driven environment. The platform focuses on connection, trust, and small voluntary donations that help support local playground improvement funds.

Users can request coffee from nearby baristas either directly or via broadcast, while baristas can accept requests, manage preparation, set ETAs, and communicate in real time through a simple in-app chat. After each coffee is delivered, users may optionally contribute a small donation (1–3 EUR) to a central community fund.

Built with real-time location matching and instant communication, the app ensures smooth coordination between users and baristas within a defined playground area. It also includes live status updates, request tracking, and notification flows for a seamless experience.

Baristas manage their availability, accept or reject requests, and track their activity through a dedicated workflow, while users can explore nearby baristas on a map, send requests, and receive live updates until completion.

A lightweight admin system supports playground management, user monitoring, donation tracking, and activity oversight to ensure safe and structured community operations.
